STRUCTURE
 

They constitute powers of the institution:

- General Assembly;
- Deliberative Council;
- Board of Governors;
- Fiscal Council;

- The General Assembly is the supreme organ of the Institution that can deliberate on everything that concerns to the interests of the Institution. It is constituted by all the associates.

- The Deliberative Council is composed by 08 (eight) elected members (four effectives and four substitutes) for the General Assembly for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually.

- The Board of Governors is composed of a President, a Vice President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The Deliberative Council chooses the President and Vice President and these indicate the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Board of Governors have a mandate of 4 (four) years.

- The Fiscal Council is composed by 08 (eight) elected members (four effectives and four substitutes) for the General Assembly for a mandate of 4 (four) years, with renewal of 1/4 (a fourth) annually.
